How much is “ABCXYZ”?

We have two ways we price projects. For revisions to an existing web site or print project, we charge by the hour. For larger projects, such as a new website or a new brochure, we give a project cost. All of our work is customized to the project requirements. As such, it is impossible to give an accurate estimate of a project’s cost without understanding the project. We are very happy to give a detailed price quote after we understand your project.

How much do you charge for consultations and price quotes?

Nothing. Our consultations and price quotes for qualified prospective clients are cost and pressure free.

I have a limited budget. How can I ensure that the project will not exceed my budget?

Tell us your limitations before we begin if we are doing work on an hourly basis. Ask what we can get done within the confines of your budget. We can give a pretty accurate estimate of how much we can do in any given time frame.

For bigger projects, we will describe the scope of the project in writing and have you sign off on it before we begin. Our price quotes do not change once we begin as long as the project stays the same. If you add to project or significantly modify it after we begin, you will add to the project costs.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a deposit on all projects for new clients. Typically it is 50% of the total project cost, with the remainder due when the project is completed.

What if I cancel the project after it has been started?

We will deduct our time and other costs for the project and refund the remainder of your deposit. You may end up owing an amount in excess of the deposit if you cancel mid- to late-project.

Do you have a non-profit rate?

Yes, we do. We do get many requests for non-profit work, however, and we are only able to accept a limited amount work at no profit.
